The Feylix Clinic, Our Approach

At Feylix, everything we do is centred on one simple principle: delivering outstanding patient care with the least possible disruption to everyday life.
We understand that proctological conditions can cause significant discomfort, anxiety and embarrassment. Our aim is to provide rapid access to specialist assessment and evidence-based treatment in a professional, discreet and supportive environment. By offering modern local anaesthetic and minimally invasive procedures wherever appropriate, we seek to minimise pain, avoid the need for general anaesthesia and enable patients to recover quickly.
Our philosophy is to treat patients efficiently without compromising quality. Every consultation is designed to provide a clear diagnosis, a full discussion of treatment options and a personalised management plan. Where possible, treatment can often be undertaken during the same visit, reducing unnecessary delays and repeated hospital appointments.
A successful outcome is measured not only by treating the underlying condition but by helping patients return to their normal activities, work and family life as quickly and safely as possible. We are committed to continually measuring our outcomes, listening to patient feedback and using this information to improve the care we provide.
At Feylix, our goal is simple: expert care, minimal disruption, rapid recovery and the highest standards of clinical excellence.

A Calm and Honest Approach

You will have time to explain what is happening in your own words. Mr Cundall will tell you what he thinks the problem is, what can be done, and what cannot be promised. If simple treatment or physiotherapy is more likely to help than an operation, that is what he will recommend.

Clinical Leadership

Alongside clinical work, Mr Cundall has held senior NHS leadership roles. This experience supports a strong focus on consent, patient safety, clinical governance and clear follow-up.

Extensive Experience

Nearly 20 years of treating anal conditions and pelvic floor disorders as a consultant
